Tatum has really been playing with her toys lately I love it! She likes to put things together and show me. Like the Little people crossing guard from her bus toy inside the ring from her stacking toy. She packed it around for 10 minutes taking it out and putting it back in. She is so stinking cute!

What a day!

Today was so hectic! I had two shoots and no babysitter. So Tatum came along as my little helper! Thankfully my first job was photographing this beautiful homes interior and exterior. Houses are great because you don't have to make them smile and they can't run away.

Tatum and I had a little time to kill between jobs so we came home for lunch and a nap. Instead of napping she unloaded all my kitchen cupboards. Twice. She was so proud of all her hard work.

after cleaning the kitchen. Twice. We headed to meet up with a good friend of mine from highschool. We haven't seen each other in forever so it was great to catch up. Her little girl was such an angel! At five weeks old she slept solid through the entire thing. 3 outfit changes and I swear 10 position changes. She was such a trooper.

Whats new?

First of all if you haven't already heard we are having a BOY!

*Tatum has 10 teeth OUCH! Each one has resulted in drama at our house
*She still HATES to sleep! just today I tried putting her down for her morning nap she screamed arched her back kicked at my stomach etc. This was all while I rocked, sang, did the bum pat etc. 20 minutes later she zonked in my arms and then fought me every time I tried to lay her down. STUBBORN is the only way to describe her; that and beautiful, wonderful, and perfect!
*She loves to stack and play with her toys/nontoys (tupperware, shoe boxes, garbage, hangers, laundry etc)

Laurie or as some of you know me Laura is pretty much up to nothing new. I am a mommy and a mom to be. I can't claim that I am a homemaker since Bryce and Tatum are really the ones that make my house a home. Sometimes I cook, Sometimes I clean, but mostly I just have it better than I probably should.

Bryce is working as hard as ever. Full time school, work, daddy, and husband. He takes each of these jobs very seriously. He pulls great grades, is GREAT at his job, Never misses a doctor appt for me(the new baby) or tatum. He changes his fair share of diapers, does more than his fair share of dishes, takes being a good person to a new level, Never Never Never complains.

Blessing

Tatum and I had a great time at her cute cousin Logans blessing this weekend. We were sad that Bryce couldn't make it (stupid school) but Logans uncle Chad and Tatums Grandpa Helped keep her entertained. I am sure Bryce is just so sad that he wasn't the first to play bball with her.

Family is always best

I had the pleasure of taking my beautiful nieces pictures this weekend. It was kind of a last minute decision and so we ran out of light really fast. I don't think I have ever taken more pictures with more poses in 30 minutes. Because of the sun setting the pictures have an awesome golden glow. I am so excited to do there family pictures this saturday!!!!!
